Scheduling your First Visit

STEP ONE is scheduling a Consultation with one of our incredible doctors. You can text us, email us, or call us. We are normal people on the other end of a normal iPhone. Right away you’ll notice a big difference from traditional offices, as we dive deep into your family unlike any other professional out there, really listening and taking the time to find the root causes of your concerns, even during the first phone call.

Many people report that already after this first step in our clinical process they feel excited and confident about care, because it’s the first time they’ve actually felt heard and found answers as to why they are struggling in the first place.

Insight Scans

STEP TWO is during the first visit to our office. We dive into the function of your central nervous system, using an incredible set of technology called INSiGHT Scans. They consist of three individual scans that will find, measure, and quantify how much stress and tension may be stuck in your nervous system.

Three of the main things these scans are looking for are subluxation, dysautonomia, and vagus nerve dysfunction – which are all just terms that mean a stressed out, worn out, and dysfunctional nervous system.

After these scans and exam are performed, most people are ready to be adjusted for the first time in our office. This first visit usually takes around 60-90 minutes.

Care Plan - behind the scenes

STEP THREE is figuring out an exact, customized Care Plan that fits your exact needs. We do this behind the scenes as a team to make sure everyone in our clinic is on your side. This is one of the reasons our clinical care really is in a league of its own.

This Maximized Care Planning System blends together your unique history findings (traumas, toxins, illnesses, etc.) along with our neurological exam and INSiGHT Scan findings, to then be able to tell us exactly what frequency of adjustments and duration of care we will recommend. Everything is fully personalized and customized to you, no “one size fits all” or “cookie cutter” approach here!

Report Of Findings - your second visit

STEP FOUR is sitting down with your doctor at what we call your Report of Findings visit. During this visit, we go over your INSiGHT Scan and exam findings, your personalized care plan, and answer every single one of your questions and concerns. This is such an exciting visit, as you finally have a clear action plan to get your health + healing back on track!

This visit usually is shorter than your first visit, around 30-45 minutes, and includes your second adjustment.

Starting your Care Plan

STEP FIVE is getting started with your plan of care. During each visit, we will be delivering adjustments that are safe, gentle, specific to your needs, and get right to work on relieving tension and stress from your nervous system! While many people may initially get nervous about starting something new like chiropractic care, you will immediately be put at ease when you see how gentle and easy things are with neurologically-focused chiropractic care. Get ready for lots of laughs, relaxation, better sleep, and some serious healing!

Each of these visits is around 15 minutes long.

Re-Exams

STEP SIX is checking back in for a deeper visit into progress. This happens roughly every 12 visits to our office. We will perform the INSiGHT scans, exam, and any other tests that we did in the beginning. We will dig into any new concerns and answer all your questions. This will help us adjust our targets and make sure we are making progress towards your goals.

Each of these visits is around 30 minutes long.

Wellness Care

STEP SEVEN is when you are finished! This is typically after you have met all the goals you came in for. Life is pretty good now, but wouldn't you want to preserve that? The next stage of care in our office is called wellness care. That is where the magic of chiropractic really shines. Over 90% of people we see choose to keep seeing us consistently after their initial care plan is done. This helps you through all the "normal" stresses of life and keeps your nervous system constantly moving towards better health. We are always here for emotional support and guidance as well. This stage lasts as long as you want it to!
