I have always had a passion for sports and caring for others. As a lifelong athlete, I remember beginning my chiropractic journey at a very young age. My chiropractor sparked my interest in learning how the body is self-healing, and we have the power to take charge of that healing! This passion grew as I became more involved in exercise and nutrition. My joy comes from seeing athletes feel good and perform at their best!

I began a consistent relationship with chiropractic in my early swimming days. I needed to be able to fine-tune my body to the needs of the sport. Through the years I became more involved with a variety of sports like volleyball, basketball, and track. I know first-hand that with sports comes busy schedules and a lot of evening chaos! I want to be there through all the chaos and changes of life to help you and your athletes enjoy what they love so much!

As a young athlete, it can be especially difficult to know how to navigate all the physical and mental stress that comes with performing at any level. It is my passion to help navigate those waters with your athlete and be a mentor who shares their passion for fitness and sports! I cannot wait to meet you and your family and help level up your health!

Personal Life
Coming from the small town of Wyndmere, North Dakota (such a small town that I graduated with 17 classmates!) I am happy to call Bismarck my new home. I enjoy camping and hiking with family and friends as well as playing volleyball, listening to podcasts, and curling up on the couch with my solar-powered hallowed decoration (aka my adorable black cat Maeve)! When I’m not actively scrubbing away the dirt from sand volleyball, I also enjoy spending copious amounts of time using my pilot’s license to fly around and explore the Midwest.

Education and Training
I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. I am in the process of studying to be a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician as well as receiving my certification in Acupuncture!
